A Comfortable Environment Our many years of experience conducting qualitative research led us to create a focus group facility with the needs of the moderator and your clients in mind.  New in 2002, our single discussion room provides a private, comfortable environment for respondents and clients in a wooded, upscale office complex.   Insightful Design A carefully designed single room facility provides our clients with many advantages over traditional multi-room "qualitative factories": No worries about crowded, uncomfortable waiting rooms for your respondents or competing clients in other rooms. Soft, yellow light from incandescent lighting throughout suite.   Double glass mirrors and highly insulated walls and ceiling in the viewing room reduce the chance that viewer remarks find their way into the discussion room. Separate climate control zones in the discussion room and viewing room eliminate the "cooked viewers/frozen respondents" syndrome Leather furniture and tiered seating with full counters make the viewing room comfortable and functional. Separate lounges with video and audio feeds provide room for overflow observers or simply a place for clients to spread out. Restroom within suite means no waiting for respondents who need to jump out for a quick break mid-group.
